Our Story
Crust Issues started with a dream: to become the Subway of grilled cheese. But when a dear friend (lookin’ at you, Katie Riley) asked, “So what… just a panini shop?”, it flipped a switch.
Thus began our villain origin story — one fueled by dairy, sarcasm, and spite. We’re here to toast expectations, stack flavor, and make grilled cheese fun again.
What started as a pop-up became a full-on cheesy rebellion. Now, you’ll find us slinging sandwiches all around Fredericksburg and catering events that need something bolder than your average catering tray.
